Bodman LLP along with the investment banking firm of Houlihan Lokey recently conducted a breakfast seminar and roundtable discussion on “Closing Transactions in the Current Market — An Inside Look at General Industrial and Automotive Strategies for 2010.”  Speaking at the program at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham were (left to right) Forrest Dillon of Bodman, James Lavelle and Gavin Kagen of Houlihan Lokey; Bob Diehl, Ed Lukas and Larry Deitch of Bodman; and Rit Amin of Houlihan Lokey.
