The Macomb County Bar Association recently launched a three-part seminar series focusing on litigation readiness, preservation activities and cooperation. Among those on hand for the kickoff event at the Macomb County Courthouse were (left to right) Macomb County Bar Association President Donald DeNault Jr, Chris Chapman with XactData Discovery, Marc Kaszubski and Matt Weber. The seminar, sponsored by the MCBA’s Civil Law Committee, introduced the e-Discovery Best Practices Model, a lawyer-centric model that outlines the concerns for attorneys at each stage of the e-Discovery life cycle.
