The Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association recently hosted a CMB Networking Happy Hour at Blackfinn Ameripub in Royal Oak. Among those on hand to discuss the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation were (left to right) Donald Calcaterra Jr. of Local Lending Group, LLC, Terry Aikin of MGIC, Dan Sugg of Michigan First Credit Union, Dan Grzywacz of Mortgage 1 Inc., and Brent Green of Lake Michigan Credit Union. Since its inception in 1973, the CMB has been the highest professional designation in the real estate finance industry.
